The Company is currently expanding and cultivating teaming relationships in the industry.
API has managed and designed large-scale projects totaling more than 10 million square feet and won a nomination for supplier of the year from Comcast because of our Quality control, which was a 1-billion-dollar project.
API is also a part of Nike Academy.

Pat Alexander Sanford, with over 16 years of experience in the design profession, is the driving force behind Alexander Perry Incorporated (API) as the revered President, CEO, and Founder. An accomplished designer, she has worked with numerous celebrities, brands, and institutions, creating compelling and innovative designs, from set designs for the Philadelphia Home Show to multi-purpose projects for renowned clients like Citizen’s Bank Park Home of the Phila Phillies, Philadelphia Eagles, and Wills Eye Hospital.
Her unwavering commitment to quality and innovation is evident in her vast portfolio. Ms. Sanford's work has been featured in multiple media outlets, including "Metropolitan Home," New York's "About Time Magazine," and the Philadelphia Inquirer Magazine, among others.
Recognized for her entrepreneurial achievements, Ms. Sanford has received several awards, including the U.S. Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency award for Outstanding Entrepreneurial Achievement, and the Meridian's Bank Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.
